We are introducing the Karnataka Transparency in Public Procurement (KTPP) Act to foster fair and open practices.The Karnataka Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 1999 & 2000, was established on October 4, 2000.Here, we highlight Section 14: Conditions of Tender, emphasizing transparency in all public procurement processes.We focus on ensuring fairness, accountability, and equal opportunity for all bidders in procurement.We're committed to making all our procedures clear and easily accessible to everyone involved.Our goal is to streamline the bidding process, making it more efficient and straightforward for all participants.We ensure all stages of the tender process are transparent, from bid submission to contract award.We ensure all bids are evaluated objectively, upholding fairness and integrity throughout the selection process.Our system is designed to prevent conflicts of interest and ensure unbiased decision-making at every step.We outline specific tender values ranging from 10,000 to 5,00,000 for various procurement categories.
