Recastia respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects third parties to respect its rights in return. Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) (17 U.S.C. § 512), Recastia has implemented procedures for receiving and processing clear notices of claimed copyright infringements. It is our policy to respond promptly to valid DMCA takedown requests and to take action in accordance with the law. We may also terminate, without notice, the accounts of users who are deemed "repeat infringers."
Counter-Notices
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a copyright counter-notice through Google's DMCA counter-notice form. If Google determines that the counter-notice is valid and the content is restored, please contact our support team to restore it on Recastia.
