Description:
Welcome back to the Kitchen Tech Brief! Today we’re opening the product catalogue from Jinshengyuan Catering Equipment. Their tagline really sets the tone: “Refine quality with craftsmanship and create a leading brand in kitchen products.”
They cover a lot of ground here — wok stoves, clay pot stoves, noodle boilers, steaming cabinets, large cooking stoves, and even fuel tanks. Let’s start with the wok stove series.
The wok stove series includes electric-ignition single-wok, double-wok single-temperature, and double-wok double-temperature models. The catalogue says they can run on methanol or plant oil.
And there are a bunch of custom options. You can pick from multiple burner heads, and the oil pump is listed as 8#, while the igniter is 8KV. The control panel is N7, and pan sizes include 31cm and 35cm options.
One page also notes that the wok stove series lets you choose multiple furnace heads, which is useful if you want to tune the burner for different wok styles.
Moving on, the clay pot stove series includes tabletop versions and an electric-ignition four-eye stove. Depending on the model, you can get two, four, six, or eight eyes.
The catalogue lists stove dimensions in centimeters and a pot placement diameter around 28cm. Even the furnace tray size is specified, so it’s easy to plan your kitchen layout.
For noodle shops, there’s a noodle boiler series with split-body and drawer-style models — both square and round configurations.
On the steaming side, the steaming cabinet series comes in six to twenty-four layers, and the steam trays are about 46 by 26 centimeters. Some models have detachable frames, and the trays are listed as food-grade 304.For high-volume kitchens, the large cooking stove series includes models from type 3 up to type 9, with dimensions in centimeters. They use methanol or plant oil, and the burner is a D4 with multiple optional versions.
There’s also a simple large cooking stove version with 300W power, an N7 controller, and your choice of zinc-plated or stainless-steel construction.
Then they list fuel storage tanks in seasoning-table, cylindrical, and square styles. Capacities range from 180 liters to 400 liters, and they note that custom tank sizes can be made.
And if you need replacement parts, the burner series includes a K2 cast-iron down-draft clay pot burner.
Before anyone orders, we should mention the catalogue’s own fine print: it says the brochure is for reference only, that product design and specifications can change without notice, and that printed colors may differ. So always confirm the final specs with the supplier.
That’s a solid takeaway. Jinshengyuan seems to cover everything from stir-fry stations to steamers, with lots of fuel flexibility. If you’re outfitting a commercial kitchen, it’s worth a closer look.
Thanks for listening! We’ll have more equipment spotlights next time.
