Our independently developed automated hole-opening robot technology achieves precise hole cutting with an internal diameter of ±1mm, eliminating the need for secondary cutting. It supports a wide range of cutting scenarios, including flat surfaces, curved surfaces, and bevels, ensuring that a single cut forms the desired slope. This significantly reduces manufacturing costs and enhances production efficiency for businesses. The robot is also capable of collaborative mechanical arm drag-and-teach programming, making operation intuitive and user-friendly.
We are proud to introduce our Haisen Intelligent series of robots, which include the HCR5, HCR10, and HCR20 models, each offering various power configurations such as 130A, 200A, 300A, and 400A. These models demonstrate superior performance in cutting carbon steel and stainless steel, with cutting thicknesses reaching up to 50mm for carbon steel and 35mm for stainless steel, depending on the power source configuration. The hole-opening diameter ranges from 20mm to 1280mm for internal holes and 20mm to 800mm for external holes, accommodating a diverse array of industrial applications.
Furthermore, we offer a dual-purpose plasma and flame cutting series, providing even greater versatility. Our robots are designed with mobility in mind, featuring a self-contained, movable design that can be directly positioned in front of the tank for work, eliminating the need for workshop modifications or additional lifting equipment.
