(1) ยินยอมให้บริษัทนำเสนอข่าวสาร ผลิตภัณฑ์ และบริการอื่น ๆ ตลอดจนข้อเสนอและสิทธิพิเศษที่น่าสนใจและเป็นประโยชน์ซึ่งคัดสรรมาอย่างเหมาะสมเพื่อผู้เยาว์นอกเหนือจากที่ เกี่ยวกับสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัล Give consent to the Company to offer interesting and useful news, products and services including offers and privileges other than those related to digital assets which are tailored for the minor. ยินยอม (Yes) ไม่ยินยอม (No) (2) ยินยอมให้บริษัทพัฒนาและนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการที่ดีและตรงต่อความต้องการมากขึ้นจากการนำข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้เยาว์มาวิเคราะห์ วิจัย ประเมิน และทำสถิติสำหรับบริษัท และบริษัทในเครือ Give consent to the Company to develop and provide better products and services that align with interests by using personal data of the minor for analysis, research, assessment and statistical purposes for the Company and its affiliates. ยินยอม (Yes) ไม่ยินยอม (No) (3) ยินยอมให้บริษัทเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้เยาว์ไปยังบริษัทในเครือและพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจเพื่อนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการที่หลากหลาย รวมถึงโปรโมชัน และสิทธิพิเศษต่าง ๆ ที่ น่าสนใจและเป็นประโยชน์ Give consent to the Company to disclose your personal data to our affiliates and business partners to provide the minor with various interesting and useful products, services, promotions and privileges. ยินยอม (Yes) ไม่ยินยอม (No) หมายเหตุ: ท่านมีสิทธิจะไม่ให้ความยินยอมหรือถอนความยินยอมตามส่วนที่ 2. การไม่ให้ความยินยอมไม่กระทบถึงสิทธิของผู้เยาว์ที่จะเปิดบัญชีกับ Bitkub.com Remark: You shall have a right to refuse or withdraw the consent in part 2. Refusal of consent will not affect the right of the minor to open account with Bitkub.com. ข้าพเจ้าขอรับรองว่าข้อความข้างต้นเป็นความจริงทุกประการ หากปรากฏความเป็นเท็จ ข้าพเจ้าขอรับผิดตามกฎหมาย โดยให้ถือคำให้การนี้เป็นหลักฐานในชั้นศาลได้ จึงลงลายมือชื่อ ไว้เป็นหลักฐาน I hereby certify that the above statement is true and accurate.
