The application form includes your full name in English, date of birth, marital status, father’s name, mother’s name, address, mobile number, gender, and NID number. These details help us create and maintain your customer account accurately. After completing the personal information, an AR Internet User ID and password will be provided for your account. Your selected internet package and activation date will also be recorded. The applicable setup charge and first bill will be calculated according to the selected service package. Information related to the ONU or Hub status may also be recorded for service management. AR Internet provides internet service through advance bill payment. Account opening charges and the first month’s bill must be paid in advance when the account is opened. Customers are requested to recharge their account before the expiry date. Otherwise, the account may be temporarily suspended. Customers may permanently disconnect their connection after six months by submitting a written application to the AR Internet office one month before the requested disconnection date. A customer may also temporarily suspend the account once within twelve months, for a maximum period of thirty days, subject to the required written application. If a customer wants to shift the connection to another location, a shifting charge of one thousand taka may apply. AR Internet will make every effort to provide reliable service. However, the maximum advertised bandwidth cannot always be guaranteed, and no monthly bill discount applies simply because the maximum bandwidth is not continuously available. Customers are also responsible for the safety and electrical protection of equipment installed at their premises. Internet connections must not be used for illegal, anti-state, or socially harmful activities.
