Order Date & Time Bond No. 81904 IMPRESSION : Straightening of spine denoting muscular spasm L3/4 level spondylodegeneraƟve changes manifested as disc dehydraƟon , reduce disc space height, marginal osteophytes and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy, also show diffuse posterior asymmetrical disc bulge compression on the ventral aspect of thecal sac , both lateral recess and both exiting nerve roots with moderate to sever spinal canal narrowing. L4/5 and L2/3 levels show spondylodegeneraƟve changes manifested as disc dehydraƟon , reduce disc space height, marginal osteophytes and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy, also show diffuse posterior asymmetrical disc bulge compression on the ventral aspect of thecal sac , both lateral recess and both exiƟng nerve roots , spinal canal narrowing 8-9mm. L5/S1 level show diffuse posterior disc bulge indenƟng the ventral aspect of thecal sac and both exiƟng nerve foramina sparing on both exiƟng nerve roots, spinal canal diameter 101-11mm Otherwise normal lumbar spine MRI.
