I am very much happy that our college magazine “Z” for the year 2025-26 is brought out by the college students’ union. Z is a celebration of the creativity, talent, and youthful spirit of our students. It provides a meaningful platform for them to express their thoughts, share their ideas, showcase their talents, and give shape to their aspirations. Through its pages, the magazine brings together different voices, perspectives, and creative expressions, making it a reflection of the vibrant life of our institution. The publication is also a result of the sincere efforts, cooperation, and dedication of our students and the editorial board, whose hard work has given form to this magazine. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the Editor Anaswara Johnson and the entire team, and place on record my special appreciation for Dr. Karthika R., Assistant Professor, Department of English, and Staff Editor of the magazine, for her valuable guidance and dedicated efforts in bringing Z to reality. A college magazine is much more than a collection of writings and photographs. It is a reflection of the vibrant life of a campus—a space where the thoughts, dreams, creativity, talents and experiences of young minds find expression. Z provides our students with an opportunity to explore their creative potential, share their perspectives and celebrate the diverse experiences that make campus life memorable. I am happy to note that this magazine has been brought out through the sincere efforts and collective spirit of our students. I congratulate Ms. Anaswara Johnson, Magazine Editor, and Dr. Karthika R.Assistant Professor, Department of English and Staff Editor, for their dedication and commitment in bringing this publication to fruition. I also appreciate the contributions of all students, teachers and members of the Students’ Union who have supported this endeavour. As an institution, we believe that education extends beyond classrooms and examinations. Participation in literary, artistic, cultural and social activities helps students develop confidence, creativity, empathy and a sense of responsibility. I hope Z will preserve some of these cherished moments and serve as a lasting reminder of the enthusiasm and spirit of this generation of students.
