We've designed a warehouse training program for new interns like Léo. This overview highlights four key acts, showing how we guide them through a typical night, from settling in to handling unexpected situations. Here's how we break down the first two acts of Léo's training. From 9:45 PM to 1:00 AM, we cover everything from warehouse navigation to safe equipment operation and maintenance, ensuring they're prepared for each step. The final two acts focus on critical incident response and debriefing. From 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM, we train interns on fire safety, first aid, recognizing fatigue, and a comprehensive end-of-shift review to solidify their learning.
