ECAs support the development of social, emotional, physical, and intellectual skills. They also encourage teamwork, leadership, creativity, and self-expression, and offer opportunities for personal growth and the exploration of interests. ECA Regist rat ion Guidelines 1.The school will announce the ECA registration schedule online. Registration must be completed through the school's WebPortal: https://portal.sisb.ac.th/en/sisb/loginredirect=%2Fen%2Fsisb%2F eca 2.Please note that registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. 3.Please refer to the ECA Register Guidebook for step-by-step instructions on how to register, use the filter menu to select activities, choose ECAs, and make payment. 4.Once payment is successful, a confirmation email will be sent to you. The official receipt will be sent the following day. 5.To avoid duplicate registrations, please inform other family members if an activity has already been registered. 6.Due to the high volume of registrations, it is important to ensure the correct number of students in each activity. We kindly ask parents to review and verify all selected activities before making payment. 3 Singapore International School SuvarnabhumiLate Regist rat ion Policy 1. Existing Students: Late registration will be allowed one week after parents notify the ECA Coordinator. A penalty fee of 300 Baht per activity will apply. The full ECA fee must be paid. Fees will not be prorated, even if classes have already started. 2. Newly Enrolled Students: If there is an available slot, newly enrolled students are welcome to join. The ECA fee will be prorated based on the number of remaining classes. Policy for Changing or Cancellat ion of ECA 1.If parents wish to change an activity within the first week after ECA has started, they must email the ECA Coordinator at [email protected]. 2.The ECA Team will check for available slots and inform parents when the child can join the new activity. 3.Changes will take effect one week after the parent notifies the ECA Coordinator. 4.A 500 Baht processing fee per activity will be charged for any change of activity after registration. 5.For cancellation, a 500 Baht penalty fee per activity will also be charged. 4 Singapore International School SuvarnabhumiExample: If parents notify the ECA Coordinator on Monday to change their child from Football (Thursday) to Clayworks (Thursday), the child must still attend Football on Thursday of the same week. The switch to Clayworks will begin the following week. ECA Timeline Registration Period: Registration will be open from 15 to 26 August 2026. Please note that late registrations, cancellations, and changes are highly discouraged to avoid penalties. Commencement of ECA: Term 1 ECAs will begin in the 3rd week of school, starting from 31 August 2026. ECA Participation: Only students who register during the registration period and complete payment will be able to join ECA sessions in the third week of ECA Term 1 (starting 31 August 2026). Late registrations, cancellations, and changes will be handled during the registration period or the first week of term, based on the advice of the ECA Head. 5 Singapore International School SuvarnabhumiCredi t Note Policy A Credit Note is a refund issued as a balance that can be used to offset future school expenses, such as tuition fees, meals, and other charges. Credi t Note of Regist rat ion Fee A credit note will be issued in the following cases: The entire ECA class is canceled due to an official school announcement, and no makeup dates are available.
