Write a script that matches the selected steps. Easy Mode needs 200+ words and at least three pages. That is enough for a single SOP or an onboarding module, not necessarily an entire employee handbook in one file.

How to turn policy, SOP, and onboarding PDFs into videos

For the base PDF workflow, open the PDF to video converter.

Does this work for SOP PDFs?

Yes. Keep one procedure in each video when you can. Easy Mode needs at least three pages and 200+ words.

Can onboarding PDFs become onboarding videos?

Yes. Recastia narrates the selected handbook or checklist pages. It does not replace HRIS tasks, signatures, or quizzes.

If the policy changes, what do I do?

Upload the new PDF and generate again. Recastia does not automatically track legal versions for you.

What format do we store?

Download MP4 for the video. Keep the original PDF as the written record.
